First Annual Georgia Spring Fling Gathering
April 18 & 19, 2008

Theme: Spring Fling
Spring is in the air, and is when our gathering is held, so it's only fitting that our annual contest
reflects this.
Any type of product and fragrance (fragrance oil or essential oil, single or blend) is eligible, as long as it reflects the theme.
The Grand Prize Winner (aka Best of Show) will be chosen from all entries as voted on by vendors and attendees.
Additional winners will be chosen for the following:
 Best Fragrance - Sponsored by Simple Soothings
Prize - 4x 8oz Fragrance Oils
Most Original/Creative
Best M&P Design - Sponsored by PJ Soaps
Prize - Deluxe M&P Kit
Best Candle - Sponsored by Candle Cocoon
Prize - 2x 8oz Fragrance Oils
Deadline to enter: March 21, 2008
To enter, you must be a member of our Yahoo Group, and
register to attend the gathering. Go to the database of our Yahoo Group, find the Spring Fling Contest table, and enter your name and
email address ("Add Record"). We do not need to know exactly what (product type, fragrance, etc) you are entering, just the fact
that you are entering the contest.
Rules
- Any type of product (soap, bath & body, home fragrancing)
- Any type of fragrance (essential oil or fragrance oil)
- Must fit the theme
- Only 1 entry per attendee
- One vote per person per entry - No multiple voting for any one entry
- Each entry will be assigned a number - NO other identification will be allowed.
- Any additional requirements will be sent to entrants once the entry deadline has passed (aka CYA Notice)
Voting
- Everyone will receive a voting sheet with instructions on how to fill it out
- Votes will be tallied, and the entry with the most votes will win
- Entries will be rated on a scale of 1 to 5 for each criteria
- Criteria includes: creativity/originality; fragrance/aroma; appearance; and theme
